Having been in the workforce over 30 years, Leslie saw a need and created Dynamic Interactions in 2008 as a resource to teams and organizations seeking to create conscious businesses. She applies her speaking, facilitation, coaching and most importantly her real-life, in-the-trenches business experience to guiding her client’s organizations to defining and applying qualities and practices today that lead to employee engagement, happiness, and sustained future performance.
Leslie focuses on helping clients create organizations in which the culture promotes trust, openness, engagement, and enables continuous learning and improvement thus supporting organizational improvement AND employee well-being. Leslie also provides training and consulting in the area of Conscious Leadership, Building a Conscious Culture, and Manifesting Purpose.

She has worked with companies such as Baylor College of Medicine, UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, Shell Oil Company, BMC Software, Inc., Halliburton Company and Harris County, TX in creating better communication, breaking down silo’s, creating programs to address gaps, and implementing prescriptive programs that result in healthy teams and organizations. Among others, Leslie has served as keynote speaker for organizations such as the National Association of Activity Professionals and the Institute for Supply Chain Management (formerly NAPM) – Houston Chapter with over 900 members.

Leslie is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a Life and Executive Coach and a Master Facilitator. She is co-founder and co-chair of Conscious Capitalism – Houston Chapter. Additional memberships include: The Health Coach Group, the International Coach Federation (ICF), and the Houston Organizational Development Network (HODN).
